Content Quality: How We Check Every Question
Automated validation stands between any piece of content and the student who studies it, and in-product flagging lets you catch anything that still looks wrong. A question that fails validation does not ship.

AI-generated, then schema-validated
Our question content is AI-generated. Before any question enters the database, it passes our CRAG schema validator, which checks required fields, format constraints, and content completeness. A question that fails validation is rejected and never reaches a student.

In-product student flagging
Many question and passage screens include a Flag control. If you think an item is wrong, you can flag it, and flagged items are reviewed. This is your direct line to us when something looks off.
Our commitments to you
Answers do not change after submission
Once you answer a question, the correct answer does not change. We do not swap answers after submission. The correct answer is determined server-side and never sent to your device before you answer.
Flag anything you see a Flag control on
If you think a question or explanation is wrong, flag it where a Flag control is available. Flagged items are reviewed, and if the content is wrong, we correct it in the question bank.
How we handle your flags
When you flag an item, your report is captured and the flagged content is reviewed. If we find an error, we correct it in the question bank so the corrected version is what every student sees the next time the item is served.
